Polkerris Beach

Little hamlet with a sandy cove, perfect for families. The bay is sheltered by the harbour wall and the waters allow for safe swimming. It overlooks St Austell Bay and provides not only a café, shop, and pub but also water sports tuition and equipment hire.  Parking is a short walk from the beach. Dogs are welcome on this beach except between 1st July to 31st August (10am to 6pm) when a seasonal dog ban is in place but check before travelling
